Benefits of Installing Mobile Phone Tower On Roof

   b. Health Factors: There are mixed views from the authorities about the harmful impacts of mobile tower radiations on an individual health. But, it can be beneficial for the society if the concerned authorities can come forward regularly to educate people via television, radio and camp, if the radiations of mobile phone towers are not harmful. 

c. Decrease in the Market Value of Property: If you can get a higher market value of the property, then there are equal chances that the market value of property may decrease due to installation of mobile phone tower in your premise and the reason behind the same is that many people may require the roof for some other purpose and even they don’t want to take risk on their health.

What Is The Time Limit To Use Stamp Papers In India?

Validity of stamp paper has always been a matter of confusion in the mind of a person who purchases the same and is not able to use the same within next six months. According to section 54 of the Indian Stamp Act 1899 , if a person does not have the use of the stamp paper, then he can deposit the same with the collector, within six months from the date of purchase and can get the refund of money after a deduction of 10 paise per rupee. Provided that the stamp paper has not been spoiled or rendered unfit or useless for the purpose intended.
